1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Graffies.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Graffies.com is an AI-powered platform that transforms text into professional infographics ("Static Graffies") and podcast-style audio content ("Audio Graffies"). The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate visual and audio content based on user-provided text.

3. Your Content and Ownership

You own your content. Any text you provide and any graffies generated from your text belong to you. We do not claim any ownership rights to your inputs or outputs.

We don't use your content for AI training. Your text inputs and generated outputs are not used to train our AI models or any third-party models.

You are responsible for your content. You represent that you have the right to use any text you submit and that your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate others or create misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Pricing and Payments

Current pricing tiers:

• Free: 3 static graffies (with watermark)
• Starter ($15/month): 20 static graffies, 5 audio graffies
• Pro ($29/month): 50 static graffies, 15 audio graffies
• Max ($59/month): 200 static graffies, 30 audio graffies

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unused graffies do not roll over to the next billing period.

6. Watermarks

Free-tier graffies include a Graffies.com watermark. Paid tiers receive watermark-free outputs.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but these terms continue to apply to your prior use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
