Graffies.com ("we", "our", "the Service") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

What We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name through our authentication provider (Clerk). This is used to identify your account and communicate with you about the Service.

Usage Data

We track the number of graffies you generate to manage your subscription limits. This data is stored in our database (Supabase) and associated with your account.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. Stripe maintains their own privacy practices which you can review at stripe.com/privacy.

Your Content

We do not store your text inputs. The text you paste to generate graffies is processed in real-time and not retained after generation.

We do not store your generated outputs. Once you download your graffy, we do not keep a copy. Your content is yours.

We do not use your content for AI training. Your inputs and outputs are never used to train our models or any third-party AI systems.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Graffies.com:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Supabase — Database for usage tracking
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI) — AI generation services
• Render — Application hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and trusted third-party providers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
